Andrew’s Notes: “Permaform is such a wild trait. Some Ditto in Keane are just born in the shapes of other Pokémon, bizarrely enough. They also, uh, they’re still technically a non-transformed Ditto in this state, so…their facial features are still a Ditto’s. This can get really funny really fast depending on the permaform. There is actually an entire subfield of Pokérus virus research dedicated solely to permaform, and if I weren’t so fascinated with the viral traits in their entirety I’d probably go into it too, it’s fascinating.”
