Overview
The cold, yet gentle fifth princess of the Kingdom of Athnea. A melancholic elf with a strong empathy toward nature. Though she doesn't outright speak much, her actions speak for her. She is often found restoring life to the ill and defenseless, resulting in her being called Athnea's silent protector.

Mifayette is a bit of an odd individual. She is undoubtedly very honest. She will reply without hiding her thoughts and feelings on a particular subject—if she wants to. However, toward things she doesn't wish to talk about or speak the truth on, she will simply not speak on it. Although she does not lie, she will not answer, as well. This peculiar trait of hers also makes it quite difficult to hide things from Renlu that she doesn't wish for him to know. In order to combat this, she, shockingly, seals up her memory with magic. However, she only has this sort of "lock" on parts of her memory whenever she is around others. Alone, the knowledge that she keeps hidden, slowly fades back to the forefront of her mind. She herself only knows that she is hiding memories when around others, though about what they are, she does not know until then.

- Twin sister of Renlu
- She was born first and is therefore the older sister, technically.
- Her other siblings are all wholly blood related to each other, however, she is only half related to them. It is uncertain of who her mother is, as she appears to be deceased, yet none speak of her. The mother of her other siblings, the queen, is very much alive, though.
- Though she isn't particularly close to the queen, she isn't hostile toward her either. The two are cordial and will greet politely when in passing, though the atmosphere is a bit awkward if the two were together without any of the other royal family. However, Mifayette seems quite fond of her, oddly enough.
- Nicknamed Mimi (by Renlu, who is called Lulu by her) and Miette by the rest of her family, and those close to her, though there aren't many.
- Seems to know a whole lot more about the secret of her and Renlu's eyes, though she hasn't really let on that she does know more other than what Renlu knows.
- Has a small patch of brown hair on the side, contrasting the small patch of white hair on Renlu's head.
- Is quite fond of butterflies, and is often found raising them and releasing them after emergence, though many generations of butterflies seem to hover thereafter, thus inadvertently granting her the name of "The Butterfly Princess" upon the servants and maids.

Mifayette's twin and true confidante. The two share an unbreakable bond, and know what the other is thinking with only a single glance. Mifayette's only wish is to protect Renlu's happiness no matter the cost.
