Created by scientists. Defense unit. Foundation 01 was a failed project.

She only needs a charge every 30 or so days, depending on usage. During this charge, all systems are defragged and maintained. Foundation’s “dreams” during this charge are haunted by Foundation 01’s consciousness. She is very vulnerable during this state, and keeps this procedure well hidden from those around her.
