Overview
Kai is a freelancer who offers services as a pilot. Some of the services offered include transportation or airship tours. He likes to make experimental cocktails, mostly for himself but sometimes others. Loves to read tech and dirty magazines. Is a collector of rare teeth. Hates drugs, but loves to drink vodka and smoke (only outdoors). Is carnivorous and can eat plants, but they taste bad and he absorbs no nutrients from them.
Appearance Notes
He can be seen smoking a cigarette when he's outside, but he'll decline to do it indoors or on his ship because of the potential fire hazards. His darker skin is pretty similar to shark scales in that they're tiny and feel like sandpaper when you rub them the wrong way. They can be shaved off though for a smoother feel, and look more like his lighter countershade skin.
Skills & Abilities
Experience Airship Pilot
He went to the flight academy in Avangard and passed with flying colors, though not without a bit of drama. But he really can fly most kinds of aircraft.
Basic First-Aid
Came with his academy training. He'll need to be able to use it in case of an emergency.
Crescent Blade
A technique that involves curved wind blades he can use to cut through almost anything. This is an ability based off of his Paperverse latent element, sky. Unfortunately, he never figured out how to change the blade shape, so they're always arcs.
Heightened Senses
Primarily sense of smell, but his eyesight and hearing are still pretty good too, compared with other humans.
Fishing
Well, he is a shark demon, and can swim and sense fish from a mile away. With the help of his gills, he can stay underwater as long as he wants.
Accelerated Healing
He heals quickly and can regenerate limbs, but they take awhile to regenerate completely.
Tinkerer
He likes messing with gadgets on his free time when he doesn't have any missions or jobs.
Creation & Conception
There was a naga fad on Paperdemon sometime ago, but I decided to resist the peer pressure and went for a shark demon instead. I had a bit of fun RPing him and developing his character that way, and he's even gotten a romantic love interest in the process.
