• Proud: It's important to take pride in one's successes, especially in pastries. She is fast to talk greatly about herself. And do flatter her while you're at it. Compliments to the chef are always welcome in her presence.
• Helpful: She would use her successes to motivate her allies and rivals alike. She doesn't want to be the only one ahead, so she'll try to pull others to the front with her.
• Confident: Almost nothing scares her! She has to look good for the sake of herself. To do things with confidence is to prove to others that she knows what she's doing, even if she has no idea what she's doing. This even happens in her most experienced field. But no one needs to know that. So as long as she keeps it to herself (or among her peers), she's fine.
• Easily spooked: Anything that takes her by surprise activates her fight-or-flight response. If she has her wok in hand, she swings it with tremendous force at whatever has spooked her. If not (or she has other objects in hand), she sprints away.
