Seabellow Residents

A town located by the sea. The residents of this quaint location specialises in their seafood delicacies as well as a number of marine bizarre creatures. A branch of the Narsanial's Ruffians is established here, with Aoibheann being the head of this branch (without her permission, of course). There's not a lot of activity, but when there are, members of the main group would be dispatched to assist them in dealing with the problem at hand.
