About
Cutet (pronounced Cut-tet) is a spirited Deerling hailing from the depths of The Great Forest in the region of Odyssey. From his earliest memories as a young baby, Cutet was cared for by an elderly, unevolved Charmander named Ruby, whom he considered his mother. She shared love, care, and confidence to him, shaping him into a Pokemon ready to face the world.
Growing up in the forest, Cutet often heard enchanting stories from Ruby about Arceus, a mythical Pokemon believed to be the creator of the world. These tales painted a vivid picture in Cutet's mind, sparking an intense obsession with finding Arceus using a special item mentioned in the stories—the Azure Flute. As soon as Cutet reached an age where he could venture through the forest on his own, his primary mission became finding the elusive Flute and encountering Arceus.
Embarking on an adventure in the Odyssey Region, Cut's journey takes an unexpected turn when he forms a deep connection with Pastet Nickit that almost died in The Great Forest, whom Cutet found and brought to Ruby to save her. Pastet was also in search for the Azure Flute--for a different reason. Nefarious Pokemon are trying to recreate the Azure Flute at Cenroot City, a place just north of The Great Forest's exit, and a place that is known for their technology and seperation from nature.
With this recreation of the Azure Flute--titled the "Artificial Flute Project", they plan to become godlike and potentially achieve their evil desires that just might effect all the Pokemon of the world. Needless to say, Pastet's condition when Cutet found her was proof enough that she was telling the truth--that she had almost gotten killed by Cenroot Government for having information she should not have. Pastet eventually becomes a close love interest, falling in love. Together, they traverse the world around them to find the Azure Flute, protect the flute, and maybe even grant their greatest heart's desires with it--meeting Arceus himself...

GRASS WHISTLE: A pleasant melody is played to lull the foe into a deep sleep..
AGILITY: The user relaxes and lightens its body to move faster. This sharply raises the Speed stat.
NATURE POWER: An attack that makes use of nature’s power. Its effects vary depending on the user’s environment.
LEAF STORM: The user whips up a storm of leaves around the target. The recoil from this move harshly lowers the user’s Sp. Atk stat.
SPECIAL - MULTITYPE: When Cutet holds onto one of Arceus' Plate, it strangely effects his Nature Power's move type.

Trivia
Cutet and Pastet are joke names off the idea of how a computer can 'Cut' and 'Paste'. If they ever had a child, his/her name would have 'Copy' in it.
Cutet was originally based off of previous ideas for different Pokesonas. Originally, he was going to be an Eevee named Cutivee, who was going to have the same storyline and relationships as Cutet.
Cutet's abnormal appetite is a big part of his character, think something like Scooby Doo's love for food.
Cutet's mother is based off my real mother's Pokesona. (Yes, my mom has a Pokesona...) She and I used to play PMD2 together when I was younger, and she fell in love with Charmander as her species when doing the personality test.
Cutet's adventures outside The Great Forest and beyond his own lore can be considered pseudo-canon depending on other people's worlds and how they're set. (If they're Pokemon related/if the world can coincide with his simple lore.)
Relationships
Pastet Nickit (Girlfriend)
Just as Cutet was about to venture out, he finds Pastet and saves her from dying in The Great Forest. Both have fallen in love with each other ever since. They both travel together to find the Azure Flute together.
Alyce Meganium (Soul-Sister)
Another friend that acts like a big sister to Cutet--she too was taken care of by Elder Charmander, growing up with Cutet since she was a Chikorita.
Ruby Charmander (Self-Proclaimed 'Mom')
She found Cutet as a small deer baby with no parents around, and decided to take care of him in The Great Forest.
