Arietis's Links
Arietis is a big fan of Scorpius. He’s ambitious, always speaks his mind, and will follow his heart even when no one wants him to! He knows an absolute ton and is kinda Arietis’ polar opposite when it comes to combat and… most things, really, but that’s what makes him so interesting to her! Shame he doesn’t want to hang out with her more often…
Scorpius has complicated but – to others, at least – surprising feelings about Arietis. Despite her being the one who crafted Pluto and indirectly began his long road of suffering, Scorpius could barely blame her then and finds it even harder to now. She’s just so unapologetically earnest that he can’t bring himself to resent her, finding himself occasionally annoyed by her at worst. To be honest, though, he likes how straightforward he is and believes she’s incredibly underestimated – dare say, underrated. She makes for fine company, actually, just in small doses. /Very/ small doses.
Arietis is currently obsessed with Alison. Where the hell did she come from?! Where did she go?! When’s she coming back for a rematch?! She’s gotta prove herself worthy of Mars now, and if she’s really another version of Asena then they’re legally sworn rivals!
Asena is Arietis’ sworn rival! It’s very much a one-way street, but that’s all Arietis needs! Arietis deeply admires Asena’s sheer power and, most importantly, her complete and utter confidence and nonchalance in all things. Arietis wants nothing more than to be able to take her down someday, not because she holds anything against Asena – despite the fact that she could blame her for the gods’ suffering as many do, she holds nothing but reverence for her – but because Arietis believes her to be the strongest entity in all of Entirety. Which is true! Arietis won’t settle for anything less than the best!
Arietis has a lot of respect for Frenzael. Aside from the whole admiring their divine power and wanting to tussle it thing, Frenzael’s determination to follow their dreams and be happy in spite of the wishes of others is where she thinks their true strength lies. She hopes to meet their reincarnation someday… and maybe finally get a proper fight in!
Frenzael always rather liked Arietis. Clear, straightforward, and happy, Arietis is the platonic ideal of life. She lives for herself without forsaking others, and she understands the value of simply living without worrying over the whys and the ends. Someone to aspire to, if they could be so bold…
Though Humilia is Arietis’ exact opposite in terms of demeanor, Arietis still has a lot of appreciation for Humilia. She respects her as a Creator, but feels a kind of obligation to protect her and be there for her despite Humilia being more powerful than she is. Arietis is highly uncritical of Humilia as a result and accepts any gentle scoldings she gets from her, although this would likely be the case even if Humilia wasn’t her superior…
Humilia appreciates Arietis and finds her quite funny. Though she does wish that Arietis would be a bit more careful and mind how her actions impact others, her emotional resilience is something she believes should be admired. Her optimism and belief in others – including Humilia herself – always serves as a bright light in dark times.
Arietis has always wondered what the ol’ Risen Star’s been up to… she knows they wanted to go off and be themself and stuff, but surely they’re due for a visit? A little reunion? Arietis wants to see what kind of person they’ve become!
Due to their issues with memory loss, Istra has no memory of Arietis whatsoever.
Arietis finds it kinda frustrating that one of the Saints went off to Hell College, has full access to Asena, and won’t even keep her updated! Come on, Ganymede, help a girl out!!!!!
Ganymede thinks Arietis is the second most annoying entity in all of existence, removed from first place solely by his immeasurable loathing for Ignis. He offers his sincerest congratulations to her.
