02 — Personality
Esther looks like a junkie. She gives the impression that she's not wide awake, but in reality she's more than aware of the world around her. She's misanthropic, favors solitude and prefers to tend to her plants. She can give very good advice. Calm and positive by nature. No one knows if they've ever seen her angry. On the other hand, despite Maxine's cold exterior, Esther can be honest and blunt at times.

03 — Background
Childhood
Esther Delauxois had a quiet, normal childhood. She is a descendant of the "Pouget" family, a French family from which she takes her origins.
Now
As she grew up, she developed a deep affection for flowers and especially medicinal plants. As an adult, she discovered a secret of her distant family: at the time of the Great Vampire Hunt, her ancestors had welcomed and raised a vampire. The legend was true, for after some research, Esther met this vampire, none other than Maxine. It was hard to believe at the time, but the two girls grew so close that Esther gently mocked Maxine, calling her "granny". Esther helps Maxine and it's she who prepares the potions to extract Maxine's vampiric side. She also helps the young vampire to stay on the straight and narrow.

Esther was created by Rose and is the first OC to end up with my OCs and be my first purchased adopt.

The family name "Pouget" is a reference to my paternal grandmother's family name.
05 — Relationships
Family Member
Maxine was often a legend among the last members of the distant "Pouget" family. She didn't really think she'd ever meet her, and it was a difficult start, but soon enough the link was forged.

Esther knows Eris only from what Maxine has said about her. Esther doesn't want to judge people, but deep down she knows that Eris causes Maxine a lot of pain. She just hopes it doesn't get any worse.
