"All of you suck"
A bootleg version of Theodore, the more famous Nyandroid band mascot, created by an artist whose music content is all shitty song covers as well as singing over video game music. Yes, his owner isn't a great person, but they get money from their work so he sort of accepted that and seems to enjoy also being a terrible person. He spends time annoying the Droid he is based on, copying what he does, acting like he is superior.
Deo does not seem to realise that he is the inferior copy, and thanks to his appearance people generally aren't fans of him. Not that he really cares, though, for he is too full of himself to notice how they act. Where Theodore is more goofy and fun, Deo is a jerk. He gets into a lot of fights. He is a terrible person.

RELATIONSHIPS
Deo thinks that Theodore is pathetic. The two of them hate each other, especially since one is a copy of the other. They fight all the time. Deo seems to be constantly thinking about Theodore...
Deo thinks that Peppi is stupid. He does everything he can think of to insult the other Nyandroid, yet when he gets no reaction back it makes him even more angry. The whole existence of Peppi makes Deo unreasonably mad.
No surprises, he thinks she is stupid. Just like everyone else, Deo doesn't like Hazel, and she doesn't like him back. Nothing special with their arguments.
