About
Growing up, money was always tight and expectations were sky-high. From the time she was in middle school, Aria found herself caught up in a whirlwind of extracurricular activities. Martial arts and ice skating were just a couple of the many things she had to juggle. However, it was when she entered high school that she discovered her true passion: figure skating. Aria's love for the sport was undeniable, and she often found herself staying for hours after school, completely absorbed in her practice.
It was during these dedicated hours that she crossed paths with Matthew Stratt, who would later become her best friend and, eventually, her boyfriend. A twist of fate brought them together when an unfortunate incident left the hockey rink unusable, prompting the school to arrange for both sports to share a single rink. This shared space allowed Aria and Matthew to spend more time together outside of their regular classes and forge a deep connection.
After completing high school ahead of schedule, Aria made the bold decision to escape to the bustling city of New York. It was there that she embarked on her academic journey at Columbia University, where she was fortunate enough to study under the guidance of esteemed professors Drs. Spengler, Venkman, and Stantz.

Personality
Hailing from Milwaukee, Ariana has always harbored a fascination with the supernatural. Drawn by the tales of the Ghostbusters, they relocated to New York to pursue their obsession. Ariana is a vegetarian and often appears high-strung. Past encounters with the supernatural have left them severely traumatized, leading them to rely on smoking as a way to clear their mind. To aid in their struggles, Ariana has a therapy dog named Whiskey. Ariana exudes boldness and confidence, fearlessly expressing their opinions even when they may be wrong. Their demeanor often appears brooding or consistently upset. They have a tendency to initiate and finish fights, earning a reputation as a hothead. Due to being completely mute, Ariana relies on a wrist device of their own design and construction, a Holographic Communication device, to communicate. Anxiety and other personal issues further shape their personality.

Ariana, often called Ari, is a person assigned female at birth (AFAB) in their late 20s. They possess slightly curly, long brown hair styled in an undercut, which they usually wear in a ponytail or bun. Their pale skin bears the marks of various cuts and bruises. Ariana has a striking appearance with several piercings, including angel bites, a septum ring, and an eyebrow piercing. Their body is also adorned with tattoos, notably a sleeve on their right arm and a black widow on their collar. Prominent scars from a demonic attack mark their face, with large gashes crossing it, as well as a noticeable scar on their neck. Ariana's right arm is covered in tattoos of various insects that she tattooed themselves.

Relationships
Matthew Stratt: Boyfriend
Highschool crush, current boyfriend and future husband, Aria is nearly inseparable from his charm. Knowing each other for over ten years, they get along perfectly, almost never having issues with each other.
Elliot Meyer: Lab assistant
Aria's lab assistant and unofficially adopted son, she is extremely protective over the young man, and has gotten into several fights over him.
Ren Jameson: Son
Discovered in their living room, Aria took immediate liking to the young ghost boy. She fought in court to adopt him and now refuses to let any harm happen to him.
Story
Aria's family made the journey from Sicily to America when she was just five years old, but their entry was illegal. Growing up in a household of six, she was the only daughter among her parents and three brothers. Money was always tight, and her parents were unreasonably strict. Aria's brothers, unfortunately, chose to harass and mock her relentlessly. Their teasing centered on her being the sole sister and the youngest in the family. These hurtful dynamics persisted throughout her teenage years until her brothers eventually moved out, leaving her alone with their strict and unforgiving parents.
Aria's parents pushed her beyond her limits, constantly urging her to excel. The pressure they exerted on her led her to pursue multiple degrees, driven by their expectations rather than her own passions. Tragically, her parents met their demise in a car accident, leaving Aria burdened with their massive debt. This overwhelming responsibility compelled her to take up the profession of ghostbusting, hoping to earn enough to settle the financial obligations forced upon her. Aria's dedication to her work has reached a point where she neglects her well-being, both mentally and physically, in order to focus on her multiple jobs.
Currently, Aria juggles three demanding occupations: ghostbusting, mechanic work, and overnight security. These commitments leave her with very little personal time, causing her to struggle with insomnia. To cope with her sleeplessness, she relies on the use of marijuana to find some semblance of rest. After enduring 23 years of a living hell, Aria strives to work tirelessly, hoping to attain enough financial freedom to break free from her burdensome past.
Present Day
Currently, Aria continues her line of work as a Ghostbuster. She and the rest of the team moved halfway across the country to try and find a better place of work, eventually settling in Pine Ridge. Together, she and Matt went on to adopt a ghost boy by the name of Ren. However they have few good days. Between calls nearly every hour and the occasional hospital trip, stress is high through-out those at MGBF. Aria and Matt have grown apart after an incident involving a cult that summoned an ancient Spirit, Bessus, that took advantage of Matt and caused him to nearly kill his team. However, this isn't the last they'll see of Bessus.
Future
Aria's future is in the hands of those around her. She plans to retire from Ghostbusting soon, and has already started saving up for a nice cabin in the woods. However, something huge is lurking in the valley of Pine Ridge, who knows what will happen?
