Hoshi

Hoshi, some type of space god, and makes sures the stars and planet stay intact, they pose as a train conductor of sorts and are able to travel through time and appear in people's dreams. They are a Pokemon, being a mix of an Umbreon and Espeon, their typing being Dark/Psychic and generally uses telekinesis to speak in one's mind and do tasks with said ability. They're definitely a quiet one.

They are incredibly tiny, and with a telescope, can be seen often floating in the atmosphere. Their right eye doesn't seem to be there, instead replaced with space matter, this is infinite, you can place anything in there, like a hand or an object. Their whole body seems to compose of this stuff, the outside of it is what seems to be protecting it.
