Physical Description:
Not exactly the tallest, he's pretty scrawny and small. Some might call him a runt.
He always seems to be happy though, sometimes to a point where he seems crazy and may grin like a Cheshire cat at questionable ideas.
His eyes are yellow and look similar to that of a reptile, and reflect the light similar to a cat's eyes.
His hair is pretty long reaching a little further than the middle of his back, and is blue and purple in colour.
Open up his mouth and he has more teeth than the average person, this is because he is NOT the average person but a sea monster in a human form.

Preferred Fashion:
He has somewhat of a Victorian Gothic sense of style... perhaps even a little steam punk.
His gadgets are all fully functional though including the magnifying lenses on his goggles.
He often wears a top hat, a pocket watch and high platform boots in an effort to look taller. And a lot of chains on his pants.
 

Character Personality & Details
Erratic, Can go from overly optimistic to to furious or depressed in the blink of an eye (usually when an experiment fails).
He always speaks his mind even if what he says isnt very polite, but he always says please and thank you.
He can fluctuate from not giving a crap about the lives of others and being selfish and all about himself, to suddenly becoming very selfless and being very caring and wanting what's best for people... it all depends on how his day is going and whether he's in a good mood or not.

Motivations:
Dr. Frankenmancer was once a highly respected scientist in the field of medical science.
All of his motivations were for the good of man kind, looking for cures to sicknesses which currently or previously had no cures, looking for ways to improve the lives of people with life long illnesses or disabilities, and he even had a hobby on the side of creating state of the art prosthetic limbs for those unfortunate enough to be missing an arm or a leg, and gadgets to improve the lives of people who couldn't get out of bed.
He was a medical scientist at work, and an inventor in his spare time but his motivations were always to help others.

That was until his 6 year old son fell through the ice on a frozen lake one winter when he'd thought he could ice skate on it and caught hypothermia.
Dr. Frankenmancer tried everything he could to save his child, but eventually hypothermia got the better of the child and he perished in his sleep.

Distraught by the loss of his son Dr. Frankenmancer became obsessed with finding a way to bring his child back.
He stopped looking for cures and remedies and instead began performing strange experiments, like if he could bring a chicken back to life with the use of differing fungi and bacteria creating zombie chickens in the process.
His behaviour and experiments got him noticed though and he soon found himself getting fired from the lab for going all mad scientist.

This didn't stop him though, he just set up his own lab in his basement and boy was this a large basement! Though it should be given that it was below the grounds of his mansion.
His experiments only got bigger, and without supervision so did his test subjects!
He began to mix mechanics and bio mechanics into his experiments, creating cyborgs and even seeing if he could but the conscious of a living thing into a robot.

Meanwhile deep within his lab out of bounds from anyone and locked away in it's on secure chamber stands a tall tank...
A tank which his deceased child is preserved inside until the day his farther figures out how to bring him back from the dead.
