blacklist + important

check the tabs (i made this just in case anyone does anything to me that creeps me out or something) i doubt i'll put people in the blacklist unless i'm really uncomfortable, greylist is for less major things

also yeah basic dni stuff in general (pr0sh!ppers, z00s, p3dos, homophobes, racists, disgusting stuff like that, etc) also people who steal or take "heavy inspiration" off of other people's ocs without permission and that stuff too

sorry, i don't want to sound rude and i try not to have strict rules or design t.o.s. but if anyone here makes me really uncomfortable i will put them in this blacklist (stealing my designs, harassing me or my friends, etc)
