The nacre of Quasar Reef; Father Jupiter.. is not quite what one may call "proper", in regards to how he runs his reef. Usually delegating tasks to his staff, one can almost always find him in the observitory..or asleep on the floor.
When it comes to his pearls, or "moons", Jupiter takes an immense amount of pride in them. Each and every one of them are important and lovely. In regards to disrespecting the residents of his reef, Father Jupiter does not tolerate such behavior. His moons are akin to his children, and disrespecting them may as well be disrespecting him.

One of Father Jupiter's first pearls, he trusts Ether (And their counterpart, Balor), with ensuring the residents of Quasar Reef are safe and happy.
Jupiter always had a tendency of favouring the "forgotten" gems, and Thebe is no different. While not his best work, Jupiter is incredibly proud of her, nonetheless.
