Micha admires Courgette a lot, though he’s often worried for her due to how much she seems to attract chaos wherever she goes. She inspire him to be stronger & to be more confident in himself & in return is a great source of support to her. To the point of being the only one that can pacify or make Courgette change her mind at times as well.
Her baby brother!!! Her one & only!! Courgette is very protective of Micha as he tends to be picked on by other kids for being so big yet just as sensitive. & while she enjoy pulling him into her schemes she knows he’s reluctant to cause trouble & attract even more attention to himself. Despite that she enjoy deeply her company & quiet times with him.
Thought maybe not as close to Mogette as he is to Courgette, Micha loves his big sister dearly. He goes to her whenever in needs of advices or parallel play, while also being the only shoulder Mogette can let herself cry on.
While not as agressively protective of Micha as Courgette is, she cares a lot about him & would not hesitate to get her hands dirty for him if need be. Not that she would ever tell him that. Regardless Mogette is very supportive of his interests & wishes that one day he will see how much smarter & stronger he is than he thinks.
Micha is a bit of a Grandma's boy, being the only one out of the 3 to be even openly affectionate with her at times. Not unlike Mogette he tries to always be on his best behavior to not deteriorate his family & especially his Grandma's reputation. Despite sincerely loving her he still feels like he has to work twice as hard to earn his place in their family & by extension their island.
As a well regarded leader of their community, Nénette considers the entire Island as her children & their well being her duty. Which makes it tedious to raise 3 actual children on top of that. It's around Micha that Nénétte seems to be at her most gentle, knowing damn well that despite being under the Island's Elder care the boy is still seen as an outsider by a lot of his peers. For that reason she taught his sisters early to always take care of their baby brother.
