Rhine is the son of Vesper and Tigris. He's raised as a pirate, and takes to the lifestyle very well. He's headstrong and proud of himself, and it takes a lot to sway him once he's made up his mind. He's cute and he knows it, which he uses to his advantage. He's a bit spoiled, but tries not to let that get to his head.

As a young adult, Rhine is even more confident than he was as a child. The world is his in his mind, and he enjoys strutting about whether it be on the ship or on land. He often uses his appearance to garner favors, but can stand up for himself if anyone tries something. He's equally a lover and a fighter, and all those who meet him are sure to know that.
