Cabbage is one of the potential fathers of Sweet Pea, and was overjoyed to hear he might have a daughter and happily stepped in to help raise her. He often let Sweet Pea play in his fields and taught her all about the different types of flowers, often decorating her hair with them.

While some of his farm is dedicated to growing food, he mostly focuses on raising flowers, as there is a big demand for them in their community as there is almost always some sort of festivity happening. He doesn't mind, he enjoys the peace and quiet that comes with his work, as well as the gentle nature of his floral friends.

He was surprised when Magnolia was interested in him, but she think he's cute and is endeared by his more bashful nature.
