Nickname: Summer, Sher, Sherry
Sherbet is a little serious and very much so a go-getter. Despite losing her human companion at a young age, she cultivated a human form and began working as a seamstress before eventually getting into design. She now has her own fashion brand, and has travelled the world for her work—which is how she managed to save Gelato and Sorbet. They have since become a small adoptive family, growing up together, with her two younger brothers even following her when she moved from France to Shanghai for her fashion business.
She can come across as hard to approach, but she has a huge soft spot for her brothers, who she's rather protective of. She's the one who sought out Novilunio's services for Gelato's bionic arm, knowing her through her business-relationship-turned-friendship with Novi's older cousin, Damon.
Sherbet thinks it's adorable Gelato is into handicrafts, having been the one to teach him how to sew and knit, and she also loves hanging out at the beach with Sorbet.
