Starlight is a stern, serious pony. Some ponies don't think she even has emotions.

Starlight is a 5'7" horse, her coat a grey purple with a light under belly and muzzle, her chest has a star shaped marking on it, while her front legs have light patches, and her behind being dark and patchy. Along with all of this, she has little white dots like a starry night on her body. Her mane is short and fluffy, the fringe a dark purple with darker roots, the rest of her mane a light purple with lighter tips; her tail is similar, only the hair drags along the floor. her horn curves into a circle with ridges and two extra tips. Her eyes are a vibrant red, her hooves a light brown, and around her neck is a dark grey choker with gold chains and a moon and stars blue crystals.

Starlight Bliss is an extremely stern and easily jealous person. Although she seems like calm and cool type on the outside, if you get in her way of something she wants, she will do everything she can to take you out of the game. 

Starlight Bliss was born to rich parents, one of two children. Twins. She loves her sister dearly, however avoids her parents overbearing nature. She grew up in her sister company for most of her life, Venus Lily the flirty sister, they support each other under their parents spoiling them and 'keeping appearances'. However, her parents were disappointed with Starlight when she moved away to run a library and study magic more, even cutting her off from their run of money. But she didn't care, she would finally get some peace and alone time, she loved her sisters but privacy with her family was a rare sight.
She would happily live in her cottage and running the library for years, making friends with some locals, one named Snowcone and another called Sundae. She would find herself getting feelings for Snowcone, but the problem was, so was Sundae. But unlike Starlight, she didn't stray from pursuing those feelings, gaining Snowcones favor and leaving Starlight in the dust to grow jealous and hateful of Sundae.
