Based on Fire Emblem Engage

Hyperion is one half of a set of twins, collectively known as the Divine Dragons. Nobody knows which twin is older; once you've spent a few centuries comatose, it doesn't really matter all that much. They don't even know, nor do they seem to care. The twins' mother is Queen Lumera of Elyos, ruling from the floating fortress called The Somniel.

Hyperion was sort of forced into the role of Voice of Reason because his sister might be crazy, the straight man to her concerning nonsense. More than once he has found himself apologizing to people on her behalf; fortunately, he's charismatic enough to win allies over to their side anyway. (He's also kind of a momma's boy.) While he has incredible skills with melee weapons and is not afraid to join in a battle, he generally chooses not to fight directly if he can help it. There's no need to outfight anything you can outwit.  His thought process can be hard to follow sometimes, but you can't argue with the results. People tend to gravitate towards him naturally, and he's very good at building rapport.

Hyperion's Emblem Ring allows him to summon Peony, a ljosalfr (light elf) who draws power from the Dream King Frejyr. (She is from Fire Emblem Heroes.) This grants him the ability to use her axe for a special move, and also allows him to Dance and re-energize his allies. Peony is always cheerful and happy to work with him, serving as a true confidant, and though they have difficulty physically touching sometimes she's always happy to engage him in a pas de deux! Her Ring is called "Emblem of Dreams". She's chatty and goes out of her way to try and make the people around her happy. If Hyperion focuses cleanly enough, she can touch things around the Somniel, and she enjoys petting Sommie (the little animal guardian of the fortress) when she can.
If you want to draw her with him, it's fine to use either of her main refs as long as the axe stays unchanged.

At the end of the story, Hyperion marries Yunaka. He keeps Peony's Ring on him at all times, at least until he and Yunaka have a child of their own and pass the Ring down to them - this is fine with Peony because she absolutely loves children. She adores the child and follows the entire family line for the rest of her days, never straying very far from the Somniel.

References potential game spoilers:

The twins are, biologically, Queen Lumera's children. Their father is the Fell Dragon, King Sombron. The Divine energy and the Fell energy are at war inside their bodies, leading to inconsistent bursts of draconic energy and sometimes interfering with the power of their Emblems.

Hyperion is more naturally attuned to the Divine energy, which leads to his calmer demeanor. He is able to draw power from Lumera's light-based abilities, and he uses this to try and protect his allies, keep them out of danger, and to eventually pull his sister back from the brink of darkness. Actively channeling this power, and with Peony at his side, he comes closer to becoming an All-Loving Hero. It also changes his color palette to entirely blue and white.

It is eventually revealed that when the twins are close to each other, the Divine and Fell energies cancel each other out, bringing both closer to a neutral state.
