Minkyu is extremely ambitious. Be it due to him being a son of CEO or the raugh way he was raised. Ever since he was young, everyone's expected him to outstand at everything he does. One might think that that would exhaust him but because of his sense of purpose it made him even stronger. Therefore he gained popularity and a lot of positive attention very fast, which he's incredibly grateful for. Strong relationships with others are one of his main priorities. Making others happy brings him joy, therefore he oftend tends not to care much about his own problems and unintentionally ignoring them. He easily sees good sides of other people, however can be very criticizing at certain situations. 

Though, no matter how many friends he makes, he usually hides his true feelings. He can lie about being the happiest boy alive when he's actually being eaten by sorrow on the inside. Which causes him to feel very lonely even when surrounded by many people. 

When he does open to someone, the person usually quickly regrets because Minkyu gets very clingy and possessive. Besides he can be very manipulative, he knows how to make things be exactly the way he wants them to be.
