hii these are some rules and my tos when it comes to owning my designs!! this applies to all designs by me (new and old)

by violating these rules i retain rights to revoke ownership of the design in question and resell them! (so if you go against my tos, depending on the severity of what you've done i may take back the character and resell them!)

if you have any inquiries on why my tos is this way, please feel free to dm me and ask! i will NOT bend the rules of my tos. if you don't wanna follow it, just don't offer for any of my designs. thanks! <3

BIDDING / OFFERING RULES
- all usd payments will be thru paypal unless i directly specify it's a voucher!
- i can accept monetary holds up to a week! (holds for longer can be discussed if you've previously bought a design from me or commissioned me)
- backing out of bids or offers is a blacklist + block!
- response must be within 48h of me accepting your bid/offer. if you ghost me accepting your bid/offer, i will blacklist + block! then i will choose another offer or go to the next highest bidder
- be able to go through with your offer even if someone bids/offers higher! if someone backs out i may want to accept yours instead
TRADING / SELLING RULES
- base value will be in their ownership log! if they don't have a usd base value, the log will probably say something like trade
- personal/owed/gift art DOES NOT add to oc worth. only commissioned art does! (you can count personal art worth separately as long as strictly monetary worth is clear)
- don't resell for more than the character is worth.
- if there is an emergency you are permitted to resell the character for more than they are worth. CONTACT ME FIRST otherwise it'll be assumed that you're breaking my TOS
- if you traded for the character, you can still resell them for their worth! if unsure of worth, ask a previous owner or check ownership log for base value
REDESIGN RULES
- redesigns are ok! 
- when redesigning, make sure it still resembles the old design!
- color / hue shifting is a-okay
- with redesigns, please don't remake my designs to have problematic symbols in any way
- you can make my designs into closed species as long as the species is not nsfw 
- voiding designs from closed species is ok! you don't have to ask me directly, just screenshot this part of the tos
- do not redesign to have nsfw themes or super gory themes. and even if not nsfw, please don't redesign to have suggestive outfits or themes
MISC RULES
- do NOT make nsfw art of designs by me! i will not tolerate this and if i or someone else find that you have done this, you'll be blacklisted blocked and i have rights to put the design back up for adoption
(this also goes for commissioning nsfw art of the design)
- do not delete my designs off toyhouse
- please don't private my designs without my knowledge
- i prefer if my designs aren't sold/traded off-site!
