Kobayashi Kurage ( 小林 海月 ) is known as the president of the journalism club and mascot of the student council at Raimon Junior High. She serves as the informant for Zhao Jinyun and a spectator for Inakuni Raimon in Inazuma Eleven Ares no Tenbin. She later becomes a support and a defender of the Inazuma Japan in Inazuma Eleven Orion no Kokuin, going under her journalist name Fujiiro ( 藤色 ).

In the Inazuma Eleven GO, she appears as Hiura Kurage ( 氷浦 海月 ), having been married to Hiura Kirina, a technical drawing teacher and an advisor. However, her appearances at the soccer club are infrequent.
