A somewhat small individual, both in physical size and demeanor. Once formerly a boisterous child with some argumentative issues to work out, Sihwan now is almost a vague shell of his former self -- quiet, obeying, and unobtrusive, he is barely anything like the rebellious child he used to be. He has straight, pitch black hair that has never been dyed, and equally dark eyes that were once a recurring joke among his friends ("void eyes").
Standing at 5'6", he typically tends to wear button shirts or oversized, pale sweaters, clothes typically ranging in muted shades of black and white or otherwise unsaturated ranges. He has very white teeth, and a mouth shape that prominently shows his upper teeth whenever he opens it; as a result, some have nicknamed him "Bunny" or likened him to one due to his ever-visible incisors.
As of recent, he has been losing weight, due to irregular eating habits caused by a lack of appetite.

Sihwan, during his high school years, initially started off a highly sardonic teenager -- often mocking and cynical under a thinly amicable appearance. He kept some shallow connections to those in his class, being part of a light bully group. He kept average grades, and largely spent his social life tormenting those in his class he considered fake or higher-than-thou, uncovering their secrets. If they were cheaters, he'd anonymously post on the school board; if they were petty thieves, he'd anonymously tip to the teachers. He would use these small acts of "revenge" as a coping method for his feelings of upset and helplessness regarding his home situation, consisting of a broken home: a comatose sister, a disappeared father, and a despondent mother.
After meeting Jeong Yewoo, however, his personality began to take a turn for the better; though they butted heads at the start, they soon began to form an innocuous "partners in crime" relationship as they began to prank and terrorize their surroundings with small acts of mischief. Sihwan was able to take his mind off of his home situation, and truly began to open up, more or less, spending more and more time outside with his best friend. During this time, he was quite bubbly, rambunctious, and in general, a regular teenager. Though still often attacked by his feelings of helplessness, he was able to brush them off more easily with Yewoo, James, and Kenna by him.
Post-graduation and following the loss of his family, Sihwan's personality had taken a turn for the quiet. Though he never returned to his cynical roots, he lost the bubbly youth he exhibited in his last years of high school, instead turning quiet, methodical, and visibly introverted. His hidden nervousness and social anxiety made a return for the worse as well, and has a rather difficult time dealing with strangers and large crowds as a result. Trusting only those he already knows, he often tries to stay close to them if they allow it; however, as of recent, he has begun to turn away from even them, seeming to prefer being on his own.
Born in Guri and raised in Seoul, the Seung family was a happy family of four consisting of Sihwan himself, his mother, his father, and his elder sister. They were a close-knit family of about middle class, and as a young child, Sihwan was a very curious and daring child who often wound up getting hurt due to his adventurousness.
That life did not last long, however; when Sihwan was roughly 11 years old, his sister was caught in a major car accident that left her in a vegetative state. His mother fell into a deep, unresponsive depression from the incident, and two years later, his father, unable to handle the stress of a comatose daughter and an unwilling wife, left with a simple "I'm sorry -- you're the man of the house, now". The abandonment of Sihwan's father pushed his mother into a even deeper depression, to the point of utter despondence.
These events, following quickly one after another, jarred Sihwan's optimism and essentially led to the loss of his whole family by the time he turned 13. He quickly became cynical and began feeling helpless, and lashed out at others as a result. In his final year of middle school, he ended up being the cause of a huge fight with another student who had insulted Sihwan's sister, and ultimately led to him having to change districts for high school.
In the new district, Sihwan readjusted his personality to a somewhat more amicable one due to warnings from his principal, but also took on a habit of harshly criticizing others and exposing their unsavory habits as a coping method for his growing unhappiness with himself and his situation.
In high school, he met Jeong Yewoo -- a orange-headed boy with a reputation for being the class clown, with whom he initially didn't get along with. However, after a chance meeting with the boy in the hospital (Sihwan visiting his sister, Yewoo after a suicide attempt), they slowly grew to know more about one another, tolerate each other, and eventually, become friends. With Yewoo, he nearly tried to bully the teacher's assistant, James An, right out of the school itself -- but that, too, blossomed into an eventual friendship and mutual respect. With them, he was able to forget his helplessness and anger regarding his sister and mother's situations, and he became more like a teenage boy -- rambunctious, active, and happy.
Through these connections, he met Kenna Choi, Hwa Hakyeon, and a variety of people expanding his acquaintance circle; eventually, after graduating high school, he went into a temporary internship under Kim Minsang, a doctor associate of Hakyeon, due to Sihwan's need to be useful to his friends and desire to go into the medical field.
Unfortunately, just after he graduated high school, his sister passed away in the hospital; his mother soon followed, with many presuming it was due to her broken heart unable to take it anymore. After the loss of the other two members of his family, Sihwan grew notably quiet and lost the happy shine he had for the last few years. Though the situation of his family inspired him to move towards the medical field, feeling immense guilt for not having been able to do anything for his sister and mother -- he dropped out of college after half a year, and quit the internship soon after.
He refuses to tell anyone why he had so abruptly decided to drop out of college, and remains quiet regarding breaking off his internship with Kim Minsang, only having told him that he was going to take a break to pursue other options.
Presently, Sihwan remains largely at home in his cheap, small apartment -- god knows it was a miracle he even managed to get one in Seoul, likely due to the help of his richer connections. After dropping both college and his internship, he is nowadays rarely seen outside, spending a great majority of his days sleeping or simply staring off down at the streets.
Due to the addition of 金血 to the Five-Dragon Alliance, he has come into contact with the bulgae Muyeol, who currently resides with him in his small apartment home, and typically is the one that gets Sihwan out of bed and doing some light activities.
Loves him like a brother, and misses their high school days dearly. Thinks becoming Yeomra was a bad idea.
Respects him highly. Adores his family and especially their daughter, Hannah, who he almost sees like a little sister.
Respects her highly, after getting to know her (she did scare the shit out of him with the whole Jowangshin thing tho).
He's living in Sihwan's apartment. He doesn't quite know what to do with him, but is flustered with his watchful eye always on him.
