This man is the one who would stick a tracking device on you without a single doubt of his actions. He will search every public info to know more than you're comfortable with.
If you make Joseph your enemy - that's fine, he won't loose his positivity and will put you under a pressure with a sweet caring smile. Isn't it great? Almost anyone who lived in the Divided Town would advise you to stay away from this man at all cost.

You could try interacting with this family. Don't get cocky and remember - If Joseph will ever get suspicious of you and your actions towards his wife and children, you won't be able to get out of this mess unscaved,
In fact, Mr. Cruelmor is a family man. Nothing worth more to him than own blood. Ironicaly, it's does not include his mother and father. Their relationships are complicated to say the least.
His own children are not too fond of their father either and mostly are afraid of him as anyone else.
Generaly, Cruelmor is a horrible man. But, even the most rotten apples can still retain some good sides.
Joseph can't watch and stand silent when encountering children with problems. Cannot pass by without helping them out. For some, Joseph was the one who saved them from their abusive families.
Over time, Cruelmor became more soft after the death of his first son. Using his money to donate towards good causes, he tries to earn peace. Sadly, this is not the way the story goes.
