[personality] Rangata is a mischievous and manipulative Lora. It serves him well as a diplomat - he manages to read the Council before they read him despite having to look through two masks. He's renowned for favoring a rosy variety of gold which in turn gives people a very rich and regal image of him. They're completely right. Rangata is also known for being somewhat... promiscuous, and many of the upper class try to kiss up to him for political power and perhaps something else.

[story] Rangata is the son of a rich Lora family, one that manufactures medicine, something that's become much more coveted once they Lora got involved with the City. Due to the family's valuable product, they also gained a say in political matters. Rangata proved to be an excellent negotiator and was eventually sent to the City as a diplomat. He now resides above the ground, serving as a bridge between the Dictator and his Council and the Lora government in Vanga Ket.
