[personality] Ah yes, the big man himself. A serious, tactical and very intolerant human being. The Dictator doesn't exhibit many personality traits really, but likes to consider himself a benevolent ruler (of course). He has quite a temper, but his anger is cold and merciless. This man is capable of slaying millions without remorse.
