Background
One of my oldest OCs still around (2008?).  High School sweethearts with Red.  Doesn't have a set species but looks most like a bobcat with ram horns. His entire story is a cliche but he's my baby.

A very sweet, if at first reserved, personality (gets more outgoing as he gets older).  Seems very easygoing and friendly, but can be surprisingly stubborn about things.  Cleanliness, timeliness, and work ethic are very important to him (which he constantly gets on Red's case about).  He works hard in life and academics to escape his home situation, and is now really learning to love life.  Has a very small circle of relationships, but cherishes those close to him deeply.  Though friendly, he still maintains a guard with others except Red.

High School: Didn't have a good home environment, so mostly laid low as a no-name student at school.  Is friendly, but keeps most interaction to a minimum if he can help it- until he catches Red's eye.  At first he's very baffled and bothered by Red's advances, but realizing his feelings are genuine, Jay is drawn to him.  Slowly begins to trust another person for the first time, and their feelings become mutual.  Jay begins gaining more confidence knowing he has someone who truly cares for him.

University: Currently attending university and living with Red. He's become much more outgoing and friendly, and is truly enjoying himself (I have not set his major as of yet).  He works well with others but is now more assertive and able to put his foot down when it counts.  He keeps busy with classes and part-time work, but is able to pull through thanks to Red.

• Even though he's punctual, has a hard time getting up in the morning
• Is the silent anger and cold treatment type when mad
• Likes to spoil Red
• Appearance:
  • relatively short, no exact height as of now (5'5"?)
  • slightly chubby, solid build. soft
  • eyes: turquoise with gold flecks
  • Fur&Hair: warm shades of brown, gold, and cream. lots of freckles!
• Clothes:
  • wears looser clothing, and often shorts when casual
  • likes lighter colors: mint, yellow, pink, white, etc.
  • likes either plain or all-over prints
  • Is ok wearing more "feminine" clothes
