The lone heir to a staggering estate, Celestine has no shortage of suitors currying her favor, but none of them ever seem to spark any kind of excitement in her. She longs for a storybook romance, passionate like those books she so adores reading.
The elderly gardener at her estate is going into retirement; finding his replacement took a long time, since the Ager estate has no shortage of hard-to-maintain flowers.
Shock of all shockers when his replacement is a youngster by the name of Ellis; perhaps within 5 years of age with Celestine, at first she wonders why they'd send a young "man" to work for her as a single woman.
Ellis corrects her that she is in fact not a man, and understanding dawns on her. At the same time, she falls even harder for Ellis after learning this.

Celestine is the definition of a social butterfly. She gets along with basically anyone, and along with all of the money her estate sits on, it's clear that no shortage of young men want to be the one to make her fall.
However, she's not even remotely interested in any of them. She sticks to her main passions - flowers and fairytales. The first person to catch her interest in any regard is Ellis, and the biggest reason is that she can see herself in her - they are kindred spirits in their passions.

The new gardener at the Ager estate. An enigmatic woman with a simple love for all things flowers. Celestine could listen to her rant about all the flowers she knows all day, but is often too shy.
Ellis is giving her many bouquets for the estate, and Celestine has no idea that she doesn't realize what passionate coded messages she is sending with every single delivery of flowers from the garden.
- Celestine basically only wears pink. She loves the color more than anything.
- With her rich family she's able to do mostly what she wants with her clothing choices, and she spends a lot of money on dresses that include meticulously produced silk flowers. Her favorite is roses, obviously.
- She always carries herself with elegance and confidence, showing off her best qualities in her choice of dress. It is rare that she is seen in anything but the full getup, and she wishes to be whisked away in a grand romantic gesture.
