Design Terms of Use
You can ✅
• Resell, gift, and trade my designs
• Co-own ( if something happens between you and the person you're co-owning with, please keep me out of it ;;; )
• Bump up the design's worth if you traded a character worth more than my design (example; you traded an OC worth $200 for my design which was worth $150. That $150 character is now worth $200 but you cannot sell for that amount unless you get extra art of the design)
• Add tax/fees to my designs if there's a $10 or more difference (provide screenshots of the transaction in the worth tracker)
• Put the OC ufs/t as soon as you get them. There is no cool-down
• Get physical items made for you of the design (fursuits, plushies, shirts, badges, ect)
• Use for personal use only (unless you want to pay a commercial fee) personal use does not mean that you can't create comics or games involving my designs, but you cannot create merch for other people using the design. If you bought a design of mine for $200+ directly from me, that design already comes with commercial rights.
• Pay a one-time commercial fee of $250 (payment plans available). It's highly recommended that you include transaction screenshots as proof of you paying me for merchandise commercial rights, so that even if you do not get around to creating merch, the next person who owns said character doesn't have to pay an additional $250.
• Add the cost of shipping to the character's worth if you bought a character that includes physical items
• Breed my designs
• Give them any personality/backstory you'd like. The only limits are what breaks the toyhouse guidelines
• Heavily redesign the characters/edit my art (just keep the OG images in their gallery)
You can't ❌
• Resell designs you got for free/via trade without extra artwork
• Trade to anyone off sight. All design owners must have a toyhouse account.
• Hide my designs. If your OCs are private, please authorize me so I can see the design.
• Sell artwork of a character separately (example; You're selling a design for $100, but they come with HQ images from popular artists, so the buyer has to pay extra to own those images of the character)
• Force a chargeback/ask for a refund. All sales are final.
• Sell a design for full price if the character has missing art pieces/items. You can only sell for lower than what they're worth. You must also let the buyer know that they are purchasing a character with missing art/items. If you are the new owner of a character with missing art, the same applies
• Over price my designs when you did not spend that much money on the character. If you are in need of money, DM and we can discuss it
• Sell fursuits or physical items separately if you eventually sell the character! You have to ship them to the new owner
• Use my art for NFT or AI, even if you've paid for commercial rights.
• Make an identical twin/knock-off of the design
• Copy the color placement of my designs if you take inspiration. I generally don't care if you color pick tho
• Make my designs w3//ndigos or sk1n//walkrs
• Get any NSFW artwork done of underage characters or if you yourself are underage (if you or the OC isn't 18 or older, don't fucking do it)
• Change their species if they belong to a CS without permission from the CS owner
• Claim the design(s) as your own. Always credit me, even if you've altered the designs
• Edit anyone else's artwork (without permission from the artists). You can hide the original image from the public gallery.
