"My luck keeps getting worse and worse...."
Charlotte is the only working lady of the monster gals tea group. She works the night shift as a dullahan part-time. She's a bit self-conscious about the fact that she can't always attend all the tea sessions because she'll be sleeping in because of work, but everyone understands and always updates her on what's happened when she is able to come and talk.
She has a complicated relationship with her father, mostly dealing to the fact that she's very soft and kind-hearted and her father has strict expectations of her, especially being that he's the lord of the dullahans so there's even more pressure than usual. She really wants to quit her job but is also afraid of any backlash from her father.

Lorcan
[ Father ] The father and daughter relationship between these two is cold and tense at the bare minimum. Lorcan's high standards for his timid and gentle daughter have driven her to close up to him emotionally and the two have difficulty in understanding each other, much less expressing their true emotions to each other.
Fran
[ Friend ] Charlotte likes Fran a lot and wants to take care of her. Sometimes Charlotte wakes up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night worried about how Fran's doing, but she's always fine in the morning. Fran thinks that Charlotte worries too much since she's not a child, but she's just a huge worrywart and can't help but worry. Fran usually accepts her help even if it's unneeded.
Juliette
[ Friend ] Juliette relates to Charlotte the most out of all of her friends just because they're both gentle souls. Even with how soft Juliette is Charlotte is possibly even more so. However, if it's just the two of them they're often stuck between trying to make the other one be more assertive, but both of them just end up not doing anything.
Stella
[ Friend ] Charlotte is a little scared of Stella, but only because of how loud and confidant she is and she worries that Stella will get in trouble with someone because of it (she's not entirely wrong - most of Sophie's gang don't like Stella much at all). Stella wishes that Charlotte has more confidence in herself, and Charlotte confides in Stella about her father frequently since Juliette is also kind of a pushover.
