The Marksman

He originates from a semi-aquatic region with lots of rainy weather and the occasional heavy storm. While he's always on the move, he isn't a nomad and does indeed have a place to call his home. When he's wandering through the region, he is alway looking for more scraps to either upgrade or repair his stuff, which is his reason for doing so. 

As for his home, he considers it a safe haven, a place far away from most predators, scavengers, and even the massive floods that occur whenever it storms in the region. Originally he had found it on accident after falling into it from a tall area in a massive structure located in the center of the region. 

Once in this area it took him weeks to map it out. While mapping he had realized that the place he fell in was pretty big, big enough to have a large colony in. It was located in a very convenient area of the structure where most creatures can't easily find their way into it easily due to the large maze of pipes and electrical hazards that surround the open space that he had originally fell into. The large maze made it not worth it to the scavengers, and the hazards made it that most predators would get fried way before ever reaching the open space. he would still need to find a way to block the hole he fell in to make it even more safe but that was something he would deal with at a later date.

In terms of food, he had two sources for it. The first source of food was located in certain parts of the maze that had areas with plenty of slime mold growing on the walls. The second source of food and the most easiest to obtain in his opinion was taking back the cocked remains of any creature that was unfortunate enough to fall into one of the many electrical hazards in the maze. Getting the remains was still difficult and required a lot of planning to do but was still far more easier than going out into the maze and potentially getting lost. 

The only problem was reaching the safe open space in the center of the maze, it takes about a day to get out of the maze, and due to the hazards it was very difficult to reach without already knowing the layout. But for the time being he at least found a place he could call home. This though was something he had decided to leave as pending for the time being as he had no clear idea on how to make both easier to reach and still safe enough that no hostile creature could wander into it by accident. For the time being he had to rely on the map he made of the place to leave and comeback. At the time he did note that there was a place that could either potentially open or be lowered down to create a gate way to the open space but he didn't have the means at the moment to do anything about it.

After setting up a spot in the open place to call his home, he'd leave and come back to either resume his scavenging hobby or find stuff to decorate his new home with. It was during one of his scavenging sessions that he'd often come across two other slugcats. After several encounters with those two slugcats, he would eventually decide to invite them to his home to have a better chance of surviving the storm and flooding that are soon to come. While at first the two slugcats only stayed in his home to survive the storms and flooding, they'd eventually make his safe heaven their permanent home as well. One of the two slugcats he originally invited to the home, referred to as The Navigator would eventually help him with making a device that would make it much more easier to reach the home. It was due to this that over time more slugcats were invited to his home. Some stayed temporarily and some made it their permanent home. after sometime, this would result in a small colony to be form. 

Fun Facts

• He is a descent swimmer but can't hold his breath underwater for long.
• Very good at using his crossbow but it's best to stay out of his line of sight....he has a tendency to almost injure other slugcats on accident.
• His crossbow ammo is just scav spears broken roughly in half.
• Crafty lil fella likes to look in scavenger scraps for building materials or stuff he can use to repair or upgrade his crossbow.
