"Oh, you're having a hard time dealing with your employers? At least your 'employer' didn't make you live with his kid to protect them and make sure that all their needs are met, which means going out and hunting food for them. Also, at least your employer isn't a spoiled brat who thinks they can do and have whatever they want. Welcome to my life."
Lazarus is a Nosferatu with a dark sense of humour and a general disregard for those around him who acts as a, in his words, "glorified babysitter" for a high-class Ventrue's childe, named Cecelia, after being approached for the position by her sire. He acts as her bodyguard and guardian, and generally looks after her. He takes his job as seriously as he has to, and listens to her as much as he has to, but beyond that he prefers just being able to relax and watch TV or listen to the radio. After a couple years of dealing with the job he now has, he's gotten pretty good at balancing leisure with his work. He's very snarky and easily amused, but with a sadistic twist to his sense of humour. He finds very dark things funny, and doesn't really have a proper level of sympathy- except to those closest to him- and therefore is seen by some as 'cold hearted'. He enjoys taunting and teasing people to the very edge of their patience just to watch their composure fade.
About
Once a common street thief, although a well revered one for his uncanny ability to escape from- or kill- any possible pursuers, a Kindred caught wind of him and had his attention drawn to the man. The Nosferatu almost decided to leave the man alone, when he was put in a life or death situation and was forced to try to find an ally to try and help him. He approached Lazarus, and offered him immortality in exchange for his brief protection from the ones after him. Lazarus, intrigued, agreed to the offer, but immediately regretted his decision upon realizing what he had become, and what he would eventually morph into. After the while he took to fully get acquainted with his abilities and how to survive, and after he had dealt with the ones tracking down his 'Sire', he then proceeded to kill him as a form of revenge for not fully explaining the deal. This earned him a small amount of respect- and wariness- from the rest of the group that the Nosferatu that Sired him belonged to, and they took him in to continue teaching him their ways, before he eventually broke off from them (on good terms) to survive on his own. He decided to continue to remain with the Camarilla, however, since he had grown to respect their motives and guidelines. Eventually, he was offered a job- and a place where he would have all of his needs taken care of- by means of a Malkavian Kindred, to work for a Ventrue named Belanius, to protect his recently-Embraced female childe, Cecelia. He accepted, pleased with the concept of having anything he would possibly need taken care of by someone else for once, and so he started his job in the role of a Guardian for the young Ventrue, protecting her and finding whatever she may require for her were she to travel out away from Kindred-controlled areas for any period of time (though that was uncommon), and boy, did he do well in his job.

Relationships
Cecelia Everett Lainsborough
[ Ward ] Lazarus and Cecelia have a very unusual relationship, wherein Cecelia has a habit to constantly boss Lazarus around, but Lazarus knows exactly how much he has to listen to her and does only that. Despite their constant bickering, there's a care that they have for each other, almost familial in nature.
Belanius Lainsborough
[ Employer ] Lazarus and Belanius don't interect much besides matters concerning Cecelia, so they don't really have much of an impression of each other. Lazarus holds a small amount of resentment towards the Ventrue because of his obvious neglect of his childe, and Belanius holds a small amount of resentment towards Lazarus because of Cecelia's obvious favouritism towards the Nosferatu.
Clarisse Asturias
[ Ghoul ] Clarisse is devoted to Lazarus through the blood bond she has with him, and follows his every word and wish that he voices to her. He begrudgingly accepts her presence as a part of his life, although deep down they both know that he enjoys having her around. Their exact type relationship is unclear to even them.
Trivia
- Beyond his mastery over the English language, he is also quite fluent in Spanish and French.
- Lazarus can play any string instrument you put in front of him with quite a bit of proficiency.
- Of all the skills that marked him as a good candidate for his current role, his ability to locate sources of blood is one of the higher ones. He is almost like a bloodhound (*wink wink nudge nudge*).
- Lazarus's favourites types of shows to listen to or watch are action movies, mystery films or radio shows, or the unspoken guilty pleasure- soap operas.
