Ruststar

Ruststar is the former leader of Silentclan and the predecessor of Crowstar. He was the leader during the great sickness and then famine that took the life of Heroncall during Pigeonwing's apprenticeship. He has a quite noble demeanour, and is generally quiet and reflective. He takes his vows to Starclan very seriously which is why he went along  with the signs from them saying to start a war with Adderclan despite that being against his own personal ideals for the clan. Ruststar is half oriental on his father's side which was something that was used consistently by his detractors to call him weak and nothing but a kittypet. However their taunts never much impact the tom, as thinks that the actions and results he achieved as a warrior then leader speak louder than any words.

As the previous leader Ruststar was present at Crowstar's leadership ceremony and gave her one of her lives. His life was for forgiveness, though due to the circumstances he was not able to express this verbally.
