About
Cay is one Queen Coral and Commander Shark's cousins, and as a prince, Cay didn't take the throne and instead pursued a high role in SeaWing politics. He's one of the most respected princes in the SeaWing Kingdom and a respectable diplomat to other tribes. He's often described by others to be charismatic and level-headed despite the slightly haughty look he often wears when he struts around.
Backstory
Cay was born into the royal SeaWing family, hatching a few years after Queen Coral. Cay was treated well by his parents, and since he knew he could never have the throne, he decided to pursue a different interest as he grew older. Cay gained interest in becoming a diplomat from one of his relatives, who were a diplomat themselves, and often told Cay lighthearted and fun stories from their time in other tribe kingdoms.

Archipelago
Archipelago is Cay's son, whom Cay loves to bits and often spoils with treasure, unaware of how much of a brat Archipelago was. After finding out about Archipelago's attitude however, Cay takes the advice of his son's tutor and enrolls him into Jade Mountain Academy in hopes that it can help reverse the damage. Cay regulary checks with the school to hear how his son is doing.
Redfish
Cay is Redfish's cousin, she is the only doctor he sees if he's sick if he could. Cay trusts Redfish a great deal and shares a mutual respect with her. He sometimes tells her about his time outside the SeaWing Kingdom.
