Dandy

Dandy actually doesn't speak much at all, and when they do, it's usually with gestures and some combination of signs. They're capable of making sounds, but seem reticent to do so. Why isn't entirely clear.

A traveler of many places, you might expect that they'd be worldly, but for all their intelligence, they're actually a little naive, and just a little childish. If they decide they want your attention, they're not unlike a cat about getting it.
