Backstory. Kilala was just another gleam who was born in Summerbound Island, a tourist hot spot especially in the summer times, who lived with her single father and three older brothers. Being born the only girl in family was kinda hard for her during her first five years, due to the fact most of the time her brothers wouldn't play with her or just picked on her. Because of this she grew a very close relationship with her father being a "daddy's girl", which her brothers also made fun of. Soon years would pass as she proved to her brothers that she could hangout with them, since she became one of the biggest tomboys in the neighborhood alongside grew some thick skin. She would play with them by catching insects, and animals such as frogs and fish with her bare hands. She always had a blast in her family life, which unlike her school life... the girls at school found her to be weird and refused to play with her, while the guys didn't want to play with her for being a girl. She wanted to fit in so at the age of nine she began to cut her hair short and only wear her brothers' clothes. Which actually worked for a bit, but then puberty hit... hard. At the age of eleven she was one of the first girls in her class to develop, they small but noticeable, this made things VERY awkward with her friends, since all of her friends were guys. Kilala could sense the awkwardness in her friendships with her friends, so she decided to back off from the friend group and just hangout with her brothers. 

Middle school for Kilala was okay, for the three years she had to spend studying she just fucked around with her brothers doing stupid shit, like catching frogs and putting them in the girls bathroom. Overall for middle school she didn't do much, except getting multiple detentions from her teachers for skipping class.

Her high school years weren't much different from her middle school years, the only difference being she actually tried in school and didn't skip most of her classes. Besides that she was part of the "Social Connections Club", a club dedicated to meeting new gleams, hybrids and even humans. She was a very active club member, and that's were she met her first boyfriend in her sophomore year-- but eventually ended the relationship with him, it was on bad terms. She was heartbroken for a while, but it wasn't that bad. She continued high school graduating with the total of seven failed relationships, after graduating she decided to give up on finding a significant other.

Kilala continued to live with her brothers and dad until the age of twenty. During her first few weeks of being a twenty year old she found someone on tinder who caught her eye, his name was Reese and his profile simply stated "Looking for someone to chat, please don't send me dick pics." This made her chuckle, so she decided to message him, eventually they became friends, good friends-- who occasionally flirted with each other. Around a year later Reese asked out Kilala, in which Kilala said yes to, they dated for ten months until Kilala moved out. Once Kilala moved out she booked a ticket to Lumen, so she could live with Reese, and she's been happy with him ever since. 

Personality.  Kilala is a very head strong, and optimistic girl. She loves adventure and meeting new people, she even uses dating apps to talk to new people (which Reese doesn't like--). She is energetic, ambitious and pretty confident in herself and her skills. Overall she's a very pleasant person to be around, but everyone has their flaws, for Kilala her flaws are her extremely jealous nature, her doubtfulness of everything, and her forgetfulness. Basically she's lowkey a child--
