Lovebug ADORES Vedalia, and she gushes over every little thing Vedalia does, evil or not. Despite Vedalia being utterly cold and cruel to Lovebug, Lovebug doesn't mind in the slightest. She has an admiration for Vedalia's cruel and callous side, admiring her determination and power. Lately Vedalia has grown closer to Lovebug, though, and has grown more tolerant of her presence.

Rianna is good friends with Lovebug, but often goes to lengths to prevent Lovebug from getting into stupid self-inflicted situations. The two changelings enjoy exploring towns and cities together (for different reasons, but the same locations nontheless!) Whenever they enter a library for research, Lovebug always books it to the romance section to browse.

Lovebug is sometimes a bit much for Opalina's timid demeanor, but they do get along often. Lovebug frequently cheers up Opalina when she's feeling down. Opalina enjoys more calm activities with Lovebug, especially crafts and sewing. Opalina has taught Lovebug a lot about crafts, though Lovebug doesn't pick up a lot of the information.

Lovebug doesn't quite understand Sirka, but they still do get along well despite their differences. Sirka isn't intimidated by Lovebug's eccentric personality, and instead tends to fall asleep in between conversations. The two share hobbies for crafts and plants, with emphasis on the latter. Sirka also likes to take bites of Lovebug's gardening work when she's not looking (but, to make up for it, grows more plants in their place with her magic.)

Lovebug and Rainbow Gleam love to have chats together and share stories of their adventures! Rainbow Gleam appreciates having a friend in the hive to consistently talk to because it can get lonely for her to not belong in a certain culture. The two are more similar than most other ponies, as they both are super energetic and adore bright and colorful things and have a fresh sense of adventure!

Lovebug wishes she could talk to Ciaran more, and that he weren't so stuffed up in his office studying. She's always curious to see what Ciaran's doing. Normally, she's pushed aside, but she relishes the occasional treat of Ciaran rambling on about something scientific or magical. Lovebug also enjoys teasing Ciaran and flirting with him on occassion, because Ciaran has no clue how to handle it.

Every time Quasar is brought up in conversation, Lovebug responds with "I know he's evil, but he's hot". And hence, she has adopted the "i can fix him" attitude. She knows she should hate this stallion--but look at him! He'd be her dream man, were he not so devious. Quasar is totally baffled as to why Lovebug attempts to flirt with him, and tries to brush it off and ignore it.

Lovebug despises Estelle for her cruelty and her being a leader of oppression towards unreformed changelings. She also holds disdain for her because she was the primary cause of Vedalia losing her entire hive and turning to Estelle's leadership. She also fears Estelle's powers, believing that if the Ambrosia hive isn't cautious, they could be destroyed.
