Quasar is a member of Estelle's celestial council. He's quick-witted, cold, and clever, and everypony fears him. He's an intimidating presence that often keeps Starfall's members in line (and makes them too afraid to leave the cultish hive).
Threatening, manipulating, and lying isn't below him. Ever since his induction into Starfall cult, his moral compass has become horribly skewed. His particular skillset allowed him to be accepted onto the council and promoted to an invasion general.

Quasar is typically portrayed with a standard stallion body type, but can also be drawn with King Sombra's body type.
Estelle has trusted Quasar to carry out assassination work for the longest time. However, she's lately had doubts about his allegiance, but she trusts he won't be foolish enough to defy her.
Estelle has informed Quasar that Lovebug is absolutely no threat to Starfall, and could even be recruited with enough persuasion. However, Quasar and Lovebug keep bumping into each other outside of the hive. Bafflingly, Lovebug is always trying to awkwardly flirt with him. Quasar is definitely not happy with it.
