About:

Asuka is a very friendly guy who loves music with all his heart and wishes to spread hope with the sounds he makes! He'd been practicing in his father's turntables and a cross fader DJ mixer since very young, getting tips from the latter, and eventually, having a very strong bond with his family by creating music.  This caused him to be so good at it, that eventually, Koichi Kizakura recruited him - to little to no effect, because soon after, the Tragedy broke through.

Terrified of what was happening and after learning of the killing game inside Hope's Peak Academy, Asuka, realizing that he and his classmates could help flourish hope, went on a frantic search for them with his father; many of his classmates either turned into despair or were killed, only a few remained. Feeling a duty to protect them and help them not lose to despair, Asuka's parents came up with a plan: they'd hide in the basement and survive. 

Some time during the tragedy, his parents were captured by Monokumas and killed, leaving him and his older sister behind. Trying not to fall into despair, Asuka remembered that the one thing that kept him going and made him strong was music - so he decided to help his classmates by the ultimate distraction - he taught them how to play instruments and make music. 

After the fall of Enoshima and the Ultimate Despairs, Asuka and his friends decided to help the Future Foundation. Asuka, in particular, wishes nothing more than to bring hope to everyone via cheerful dance sounds.
