Personality: protective of his brother. more at home high up. 

Background:

chilsa and his twin brother worked as guardians to a very special shrine. they were respected by the people of the area, and were often given gifts by children. 

as time went on, chilsa enjoyed his job, but his brother became bored. eventually, chilsa was left alone. 

as he worked, some people began to not appreciate him and his god as much as before. some even began to deliberately deface the shrine, and gift rotten food. chilsa kept working as well as he could, and tried to keep the place in tip top condition. 

one day, the shrine caught fire, due to some unruly people. they were eventually punished, but the damage was done. the shrine was destroyed, and chilsa was left without a home. he had to move on.

During the Dream:

chilsa was back in the shrine once more, and he recalled seeing a rainbow winged creature standing before him. the creature appeared to be trying to tell him something, but chilsa couldn't hear all of it. what he did hear was "rainbows in the sky. wings of seven colours"

After the Dream:

chilsa awoke to see the castle before him. he immediately made his way over to see what it was there. on his way, he met a silvery Kitsunegami, and the two twins were reunited once more. Chilsa and Aero decided to stay in this world, and find out more about its mysteries.

General facts:

Chilsa loves rainbows, and will stop whatever he is doing to look at one. sometimes this means he does something a little dangerous, but he feels it is worth it. 

he has a dream to fly one day with his brother, and feel the wind on wings. he has been designing and creating a set of artificial wings just in case. luckily, he hasn't needed them.

when chilsa feels particularly at peace, or calm, he sometimes changes colours to his shining form. 

of the two, chilsa is more quiet and reserved, but that doesn't mean he's entirely silent. he does have his moments of being loud, like his brother.

Chilsa's inherent magic is illusion! he can create illusions of rainbows that bend and swirl to his liking. he can also shape them into small creatures, though he is only successful at creating a pair of wings at the moment.

Chilsa's aura is a calming cloud that can help chilsa to escape almost any situation. combined with aero's aura, it creates a light rain effect that depending on the mood of the brothers can either nurture or harm others.

Chilsa's sanctuary sits on a mountain above Aero's own. on the mountain is a small shrine with a bird like creature standing guard. small patches of green surround waterfalls that flow gently to the ground. people who come here can ask for safe travels through the skies, and can offer foods and special object
