- The genius and widely acclaimed sage of Penacony, Fuzon is the leader of the Noctis Family. He is the son of Lady Blake Noctis and Master Eno Tharma, an outlander genius who came to Penacony. He is an incredibly popular socialite with a fondness for parties, show hosting, and entertainment. He is famed for his fights with the IPC, and protecting his patented technology which he aims to expand into a Penacony specialty technology for entertainment.
