- The older of the Zvezdaya Twins, Utha is a genius who created an rapid evolutionary process and biological cloning technology on the planet that creates "blank" life forms with "template DNA" that can be molded and created into any organic being. This technology, alongside the Time Siphon of Utha's making, Uveth has mass produced a completely biological and programmable type of soldier that has successfully cut costs of creating a fully mechanized army. Her genius was renowned throughout Eos, as her creation had resolved dwindling population issues, supply and demand for food in the planet, as well as maintaining and creating new ecosystems. However; she intends to rapidly speed up the evolution process of her planet in order to create a stronger species altogether. Without an heir, she cloned herself and created Overseer Raskol.
