Desmond's Links
Noticing a new transfer had arrived on the block, from the forest and from passing by, Desmond had noticed how hard such a transfer works. But of course, to him this was just ordinary transfer work was like---but this try hard was interesting.....Perhaps he is the one for him?
He tries to approach him and try to impress him but often then not--he finds that his words aren't getting through to him, its hard to keep up with somebody as wordy as Schuan. But yet, this odd vine pearl is somebody he's grown increasingly interested in, it feels like he has butterflies in his stomach and a chill that warms him. His tail wags uncontrollably as he cant help but catch lingering glances.
He can't lose his strength, especially since this is a transfer.. He can't lose what he's tried hard for. How can he be adored while losing to a Greenhouse Pearl?
Is there a way to say "You're rather beautiful" without it sounding awkward?
Fallopia Baldschuanica is nothing but a mere visitor in the vast snowlands of the Subarctic. So, of course, as any pearl waiting for their elite would do, he fills the melancholic gaps in his heart with work, be it duties deserved for transfers or average-cut residents. Being presented with a completely new environment, though somewhat similar to Greenhouse Academy in nature, causes him a lot of struggles and confusion. It seems as if the days fly past, Glorioso being near but oh so far at the same time. However, whether it's for Schuan's eventual miserable or joyful future, a special... furball has been following him around. He seems to have a high view of himself with all the heroic things he supposedly does, but he can't help but view him as... uncanny. Perhaps it's his body language or his overall mannerisms that lead Fallopia to assume that there's some tension between them. Desmond seems too aggressive, while Schuan views him as a simple acquaintance. Maybe some sort of rivalry is brewing up, and considering that he has a distaste for innecessary bickering, there's little reason to think this will end well. Still, he tries to remain formal but does not get close enough that an actual bond will form. If that Glacier Bay Otter wants to harm him, then he has no problem scarring his gem. Respect your higher-ups, as they say. Never could he have imagined himself against a pearl sincerely crafted by the Glaciar Nacre, but it's what destiny brings you. Oddly enough, he thinks that spiked face fur makes him look like a dandelion. Hm.
