Ability & Rules: Color Pencil changes colors depending on her mood. It utilizes all colors on the wheel. None of the colors are desaturated when changing and stay the same hue with each change like a mood ring. The most common colors seen are Red, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Grey, and Black.
On it's own, the color pencil staff is simply an overly large drawing tool, but Vamméno's magic can transfer into the staff to create whatever she desires in the blink of an eye. Vamméno's magic appears only as electricity, which gives an interesting visual effect to the pencil as visible lightning is flowing up to the tip of the pencil. If the color pencil is not present and Vamméno loses control of her power, it's best to stay away from her until she calms down.

Bio: Vamméno is the kind of Traveler who likes to enter into other's worlds without them knowing, but is seldom seen out in the open and often hangs with Time Managers. She can cast magic capable of creating whatever pops up in her mind, albeit uncontrollably if her mental state isn't stable. Vamméno is a kind fellow as she does her best to help anyone in need of assistance, but is terrible at explaining things verbally. Other than hanging out with Time Managers, she also spends a lot of time on the world she created and often welcomes travelers into it, but talks a mile a minute about the ideas she has. This is the reason the World has yet to be completed.
