Skittles is a ghost who possesses a pinata, allowing him to interact with the mortal world. He is a close friend of Serious, and so benefits both from protection against Ford, and an increase in his own power. He is imbued with potent trickster energy, having died during an elaborate prank he attempted. He has no concept of empathy, and his idea of a prank goes from hand buzzers to pushing people off of buildings - things that wouldn't hurt him, and therefore CAN'T be bad. While his intent is harmless, he's anything but.
Skittles is fairly magically powerful, and can manipulate magic at will so long as he is doing so with trickster-ish intent. Otherwise, he can only cast minor cantrips. While possessing a pinata, he is able to interact with the mortal world. He can take his pinata body to pieces, revealing candy guts. He is incapable of dying from any of the usual methods, and doesn't get that this doesn't apply to normal people.
SERIOUS: Skittles and Serious are good friends, given their similar senses of humour, amongst other things. However, Serious' position as the Graveyard Grim places pressure on their relationship - should they fall out, after all, Serious could give Skittles over to Ford.
