About

Rorek was found as a baby in the Nol wood by Sahb Delanzar and raised by her within the Feywilds ever since.

Rorek has no memories of his parents and considers Sahb to be his Master; she filled the role of Mother and Teacher for him until he came of age. It was upon her instruction that he left the Feywilds, begrudgingly so, to explore the world and learn how to be independent rather than relying on Sahb and her wealth and power.

Rorek is under strict instruction to not return to the Nol Wood and Sahb herself until he has completed the task set by her. He must be capable of living in the prime material plane by himself as any regular person would be, and he must achieve great knowledge or power to the degree he would be a notable person, for if he wishes to be admitted back into her home he must be more than just the child she raised, her student, he must be a man capable of standing beside her instead of in her shadow.

Rorek is a strange individual; he seems to avoid eye contact and shies away from physical contact with most individuals; he is quiet unless explaining something of a topic he is knowledgeable on, in which case his focus can shift and become quite intense, at least until he is finished with the explanation or is sure the person understands what he has said. Depending on how much he likes them, he may leave them confused and have been little help at all. But all this pales to his actions when danger presents itself; while still a bit strange, his tolerance for touch and communication increases, and his willingness to use deadly force as a 'fire first, talk later' becomes apparent. Quiet and with poor social skills is he; coward he is not.
