Terit has two forms he takes on, his main and non-magic form being a dragon as seen here [REFERENCE]. This form floats rather than walking around, has flowers in his hair and no glasses. His human form (Most commonly seen with family and human majority filled areas) is a round body build [REFERENCE].

  • 1.PRIEST:Terit would often wear this outfit acting as a priest. Making money by dealing with supernatural beings on occasion but most of the time just acting as a con-man. Also has a wooden necklance with a cross from his father, Jean, either wearing it around his neck or wrapping it around his hand.
  • 2.NORMAL: Long sleeves and jackets are his go to outfits, wooden necklance stays on neck.
Personality

Terit is a witty, smartass, and dumb of ass to most people who meet him the first time. A jerk with a heart of gold is an understatement as he might be making fun of you one minute, but the next willing to protect you from all harm. However, it takes a bit to see that side of him as he is very distrustful of others. Putting up fake names and fake disguises until he feels safe enough to show who he is. Given his demigod nature, Terit has a chaotic attitude towards most situations, sometimes making it worse by accident. Deep inside, he has underlying insecurities feeling like he's truly trapped to be a monster by his own divine destiny of being the demigod of chaos.

Story Summary

Terit, born of a forbidden union between a mortal and the goddess of peace, found himself cursed with chaotic powers. Despite being shunned by the gods, he was embraced by War, his supposed father. As he grew, his chaotic nature became apparent, leading to his exile to Earth. There, he faced rejection and persecution, ultimately meeting his demise at the hands of those who feared him. With each death, he was reborn, burdened by his chaotic essence. Now on his seventh go-around in the 2020s, he's itching for a bit of normalcy. Trouble is, he can't shake off his innate chaos, always drawn back to the mess of mortal life.

Trivia

  • Terit wont stop saying mmmm whatcha say under his breath at wrong situtations
  • Develop the bad habit of smoking when under a lot of stress since he can’t use alcohol. He found out it gets him violently sick
  • Since his 3rd life where he caused mass killings and hysteria out of grief and vengeance for his wife and child, Terit has developed a deep fear of losing control of his own powers. In order to prevent any future incidents involving his powers, 5th life created a method to prevent himself from accessing his higher powers.
    • It is a blessed artifact disguised as the wooden necklace he wears around his neck. It was blessed by a priest years ago that is able to withhold divine abilities to whoever it points at or wears it.
  • Due to past betrayal, Terit often uses fake names, stolen identites, and many shapeshift diguises.

Abilities

  • Dragon Physiology

Due to being a dragon, he has abilities most dragons will have and be able to shapeshift into a human form as a diguise.
  • Illusion Manipulation

User can create, shape and manipulate illusions, causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are.
    • Limited to only being able to heavily manipluate one person's perception at time (ex: making the world appear it's falling apart) and it can easily be broken if someone distracts Terit or the affected person
    • Can make small illusions easily that can be seen by a larger number of people

  • Wire Manipulation

Terit is able to create, shape and manipulate wires that come out from his wrists. They glow pink when activated, are able to be pulled, and used like puppet strings when wrapped around another person. He hates to use them to manipulate movements of others so rather uses them to stop movement or pull away objects.
  • Mentifery

The user can bend reality according to their own or another person's imagination and/or thoughts; changes can be made by them to any and all aspects of reality, allowing them to achieve nearly anything by simply willing it.
    • NOTE:This power is rarely used if not able to be used at all as it needs a lot of energy to do so, Terit is inexperienced with his god powers so often using this will lead to side effects such as passing out, nose bleeds, internal pain in the chest area, and if pushed to the very limit could mean death

Story

The Start

Terit was the offspring of the goddess of peace and a mortal human named Samuel MacBeatha, a union considered unholy and scorned by the pantheon from the moment of his existence. Despite not being the son of the God of War, War embraced him as his own, setting aside his animosity towards his former wife.

As Terit matured, it became evident that his powers diverged from those of his mothers; instead of promoting peace and harmony, they tended toward chaos and cacophony, further alienating him from the gods. Eventually dubbed the demigod of chaos, Terit was often derided by his peers for his childish and indifferent demeanor towards others' well-being. His upbringing shielded by Peace and War's inability to fully comprehend his nature were contributing factors to his fatal flaw; he believed himself invulnerable.

That perception shattered the day Terit ventured from the safety of Heaven to Earth, unaware of his mortal vulnerability. Despite being half divine, he could still be harmed and even killed. He found himself in peril when kidnapped by a scouting party and taken to a human kingdom, where he became a pawn in their war strategy. The king, hoping to leverage Terit's divine lineage, called upon the gods to reclaim him, unaware that only Peace responded – not to negotiate his return, but to curse the land with a peace so absolute that it left them defenseless against invaders.

Peace's actions led to her execution by the pantheon, who viewed her intervention as harmful to the gods' standing among mortals. They speculated that her love for her son had corrupted her judgment and morals, attributing her irrational behavior to Terit's chaotic influence. With Peace banished and Terit perceived as a potential threat, War was compelled to exile him to Earth, erasing his memories and leaving him in the care of his mortal father.

Growing up, Terit faced rejection and persecution due to his mixed heritage and unusual powers. At the age of 21, a revelation of his true nature prompted fear and rejection from those around him. An illusion of his true form. It made him remember his true identity. His true purpose is to represent chaos itself. Terit was scared by this vision and confessed to a nun hoping she knew what to do, that he would want to be cured. She told the church and had Terit killed in order to protect the kingdom. Her final sentence rang in Terit’s ears, “My child, death may be the only path to release you from this burden. May God grant you a new life free from the chaos that binds you...”

Current Day

Thus began a cycle of reincarnation for Terit, marked by betrayal and isolation in each lifetime. In the present day, on his seventh incarnation in the 2020s, he seeks only to live a normal life, yet his instinctive nature as the demigod of chaos draws him towards the discord of mortal existence.
