Damascus

A gruff figure that resides in the garrison. They're there for one reason-- to outfit the bravest of heroes that come out of Markhor. Each black diver's outfitting is hand-crafted meticulously there by them, suited to their abilities, talents and build. They take great pride in their work both as a blacksmith and an ironsinger. Since ironsinging is still a relatively born-into talent, they have very few people they can teach a thing or two in the depths, but gladly parts with their knowledge to those able.
